Over 32 years’ experience pioneering efforts in developing and managing Humana’s P&T and formulary process. Additionally, Fred built and led Humana’s trade team where he negotiated Medicare and Commercial rebate contracts. Fred also developed and implemented over 30 value-based contracts with 19 pharmaceutical manufacturers in 13 different disease states.
