About Charline

Charline has 2 decades of experience in the PBM industry, including experience in managed markets, health plans, and Medicare. Prior to joining Precision, Charline worked as a Senior Pharmacist at Real Endpoints, where she developed and managed strategies to enhance Real Endpoints’ proprietary value framework, RxScorecard, which focused on specialty medications. Before that, Charline spent 19 years with Express Scripts, Inc. and the former Medco organization. In her role as Director for Medicare Formulary and Utilization Management, Charline and her team of clinical experts established National Medicare Formulary offerings and strategies that helped differentiate Express Scripts, Inc. During her tenure at Medco, Charline held various leadership roles that focused on PBM operations, account management, and clinical utilization management programs.

Since joining Precision, Charline has been involved in projects such as payer value proposition development, market research in several therapeutic areas such as diabetes, oncology, biosimilars, value assessment of both branded and generic medicines as well as devices, and competitive simulations in diabetes, oncology and specialty markets. Additionally, Charline has conducted research/written articles in the areas of prior authorization, impact of step edits in Medicare Part B, and the Bipartisan Budget Act of 2018.
