About Todd

Todd has more than 25 years of experience in managed healthcare and over 18 years experience working with pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs). His primary focus has been working with the pharmaceutical industry, specifically service and rebate contracts in the commercial and Medicare space. Other areas of focus included client management, financial analysis, benefit design recommendations, Medicare Part D, and formulary development. Most recently, he was Vice President of Manufacturer Contracting at a major PBM. In that role, Todd oversaw and negotiated rebate contracts with the pharmaceutical industry, developed and implemented an exclusion formulary, and led a rebate program for a major health plan client. Prior to his most current role, Todd served as Senior Director of Contracting with a major pharmaceutical company and spent over 15 years as a Vice President with another major PBM. In these roles, his focus was rebate contract management/ negotiation, client interaction, and formulary management/ access.

Since joining Precision, Todd has been involved in projects such as strategy development, PA/UM impact analysis, and payer research. His current areas of research and publication include biosimilars, the impact of proposed regulation (Part D focus), and value-based contracting.
