About Isabella

Isabella Sergio is Executive Vice President, Managing Director at PRECISIONvalue, with responsibility for leading the agency teams in our New Jersey and California offices. In addition to agency leadership, Isabella is responsible for our project management teams, overseeing agency processes, workflow and timeline management, efficiencies, and quality assurance across our network of agencies. Prior to holding this position, Isabella held multiple leadership roles, responsible for leading client management, developing account strategies, and overseeing high-quality tactical execution across various brands in the therapeutic areas of oncology, immunology, infectious diseases, neurology, cardiology, endocrinology, rare diseases, urology, virology, and women’s health.

Isabella’s industry experience includes more than 15 years in pharmaceutical marketing with the last decade focused on market access. Isabella has led her team through a number of prelaunch, launch, and postlaunch activities, including 12+ product launches and more than 25 line extension approvals. During her time at PRECISIONvalue, Isabella has driven the delivery of materials centered in disease awareness, HEOR messaging, value proposition frameworks, access pull-through, reimbursement, patient assistance programs, digital evolution, competitive strategy, and LOE strategy, as well as led larger organizational rebranding and positioning campaigns.

Before joining Precision, Isabella was Director of Client Services at Health Science Communications. There she was responsible for planning, implementing, and managing a variety of medical communications and educational programs. She was accountable for building, leading, and managing strategic client relationships in the therapeutic areas of oncology, immunology, dermatology, and gastroenterology. Isabella was named to MM&M's 4th Annual 40 Under 40 Class of 2023. She was also the recipient of the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association 2012 Rising Star award for her leadership and contribution within the healthcare industry. Isabella holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania.
